Suicide biker! Not "fleeing", rushing towards a coalition position. The first explosion might be a second biker exploding, the guy talking seems really surprised (American bikers never explode). The biker could be dead after the first burst of weapons fire, bikes tend to keep going straight for a while. Too bad the video quality isn't better, might be a headless biker for the last 5 seconds.

Looked to me like the guy had just emplaced an IED and it went off prematurely/malfunctioned (happens often) so he burned out of there. Once the soldiers clued in to this, they lit his ass up. In a war zone you gotta go on the information available to you at that second and a reasonable person in that situation with the kind of training they have would probably conclude the same thing. Good work by them.
