That was my first thought also but why did it move, stop and went to the street. Can't see any point why someone would push it but the whole country makes no sense lol
pavement was uneven, probably designed that way so water will run to the gutters. someone was bringing in the bin when the shooting started so he/she probably hid and let go of the trash bin as it rolled out to the road.
