No, it looks more like the girl was standing in the doorway, with her arms to each side, and the hitman pulls her away from the door just to get a clear entry and exit.

This has nothing to do with the little girl. She was in his way, he moved her out of the way. Simple as that. If he was such one to be a savage like cold blooded killer he would have shot as many as he could after killing that guy. Title is shit
