well the dead guy is definitely not the guy falling from the train.

the train shown in the death snaps is not a inter-city train as compared to from which the guy fell off (the guy fell off from a "local train" as its popularly known). i don't think the aftermath of the fall is available although i am trying to find them.

There is a joke in Indonesia about these type of people. This is how it translates:

"There was a sale of people's brains. There was many types of brains there, but for some reason there were some brains that were more expensive than all the others.

"When the customer asked why these particular brains were so much more expensive, the seller replied, 'These brains are still brand new.'

"The customer asked, 'How can the brains be brand new!?' The seller then replied, 'Simple, they were never used.'"

Of course the joke is racist so I edited it. You can guess who they were talking about on your own.
