Your right the biggest organ showing is a lung I think . I'm more looking to the right and the Heart beat itself . But whatever if that was a shotgun wound , depending on shot size most killers or cops don't use birdshot . Those insides would be outsides .

Looks nothing like a shotgun wound to me either. Skin is clearly torn, no burns.... Looks like it was gouged out.
