Doesn’t seem like that far of a fall if those two feeds are properly synced. Not saying it wouldn’t be fatal, especially how he landed, but my first thought when looking down is always squidward, “I wonder if a fall from this height would kill me”. If I was looking over that railing I’d probably say no and find a higher one
