Head Trauma Seizure
From the looks of it, this woman probably wasn't wearing her helmet when she fell off her motorcycle. Life lessons; yes your helmet may look stupid, but at least when you fall your brain wont leak.  |

Yes a helmet will help from a tip over or slight tap to the head, however when you tip over next to a bus or a fully loaded 18 wheeler in the path of the wheels, the helmet is not going to help much
