"by former allies".. Wonder what he did? He surely pissed them off!
recently, the leader of the largest militia in rio de janeiro (went by the name of Ecko) was killed trying to escape from law enforcement. it sort of threw the mostly tolerant relationships between the militias of rio into turmoil and a lot of close associates of the guy are being killed off in droves in some sort of power grab.

Even if it was a heart attack it will be marked as another covid death.
