El salvador. He hit his wife pretty bad so they, whoever they might be, took revenge on him in public by torturing him by hitting him with planks and wire.

“They” are actually cops... in those countries they can pretty much do whatever they want. There’s no constitutional rights or measures to follow so anything goes. I’m glad they opt to do that instead of just locking him up, only so he can get out the next day and do it again
