Well if you look closer he's still holding his cell phone. Im guessing it's another one of those Asian things where they have -0 peripheral vision. Dude was playing Pokemon go in the road, steam roller kept on steam rolling both in plain sight but still just kept right the fuck on till he got to the end of the patch of asphalt then prob stepped in the goo before noticing. Then wiped his shoe off and went to lunch. Foreman called police because the dude was blocking them from finishing the job  |
