What? Does the bicycle have specific bling to be readily identified? Maybe just one bicycle in town? Unless someone is a connoisseur of bikes, a bike is pretty much a bike.

Possibly the killer was waiting around the corner of the alleged target's house or else he would get noticed and when he/they saw the white bike riding by they followed it waiting for a good moment for a hit or they knew the alleged target often went to the same mini market nearby to buy booze and they waited there for a white bike with a bit of an unusual wide steering.

I Find it so funny when I read reports that an autopsy will determine the cause of death of a gunshot victim. I didn't go to school to be a medical examiner, but I'll bet it was those dang bullets that killed him. Seemed perfectly healthy before that occurred to me.
