Ah after very little research. Ricardo Lopez the bjork stalker. Tried to mail her a bomb and kill himself to be with her. Plans were to blow his brains on the poster but failed miserably

I always wondered if that was the purpose of that poster! Thanks for the clarification. It's kinda amazing he failed that bad, though. Not a drop!
