Hanged Himself at Roundabout Entrance Gate

Indonesia. Residents passing around the Kecubung Roundabout, Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin Regency (Kobar) were shocked by the discovery of a male body who committed suicide at the entrance to the roundabout, this morning.

The body was found dead, apparently from suicide, right under the "Pangkalan Bun" sign at the entrance to the roundabout. The incident immediately attracted the attention of many motorists passing through the area.

One resident, Anas, who happened to be passing by the location, said that initially he did not think anything serious had happened.

"I left my house in Sungai Rangit. When I arrived at the Kecubung roundabout, I saw many drivers stopped by the side of the road and staring at the entrance," said Anas.

Anas then looked in the same direction and found something surprising.

"At that moment, I saw a figure at the entrance to this roundabout. It was a man wearing denim shorts and a gray sleeveless shirt," Anas explained.

The discovery was immediately reported to the police. Shortly thereafter, members of the Arsel Police arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation and secure the surrounding area.

Arsel Police Chief, AKP Ratno, confirmed the report of the discovery of the body.

"We have received the information. Currently, members of the Arsel Police are still at the location, processing the crime scene and gathering data.

Please allow time; we will provide further information regarding this matter once we have completed our duties," explained the Police Chief.

As of this writing, the victim's identity remains unconfirmed. Police are conducting further investigations to uncover the cause and chronology of this tragic incident.
