Seatbelts save lives-NOT! Years ago-1985- the southern state I lived in had a seatbelt slogan-(this was during one of the first seatbelt campaigns before the federal govt mandated their use with US highway $) STATE TROOPER SPEAKING IN UNIFORM “I have never unbuckled a dead man”. That program did not last long. |
