Another mother calling 911 on her kid, who acts the way he does thanks to her mothering, and then when something bad happens blames it on the cops. Im sorry but that guys problem began when he was 3 and mom and dad gave him no limits! She knew the guy smoked spice, why the heck was he in their car? Cops are trained to meet force with overpowering force, that is what we get when we gave up policing our own neighborhoods and instead gave that responsibility to a police force!

Seems to me they could have handled the situation better as far as containing him and the excessive use of the tasers didn't help, BUT the man was obviously under heavy influence of drugs and should not have done them or gone anywhere in the first place. IMO both parties are to blame, this outcome is just the worst one to happen.
