I wonder what the dude (towards the end of the clip)is saying or not saying to the guy that is propped on one arm (passenger ?) on the road moving ever so slightly here and there. I can only imagine that it is something that is along the lines of 'oh your not dead yet'. No help rendered just people filming like nothing big. The culture is different to say the least and that is putting it nicely. |
