still confusing. thats his upper part on the roof. is it likely he slammed feet first into the windshield and cut him in half?

no. Physics would not allow for that unless he ran towards the oncoming car and jumped feet first at it. If he was riding a bike, then his feet would have been in contact with the lower part of the car around the bumper or lower. His feet would have been resting on the foot pegs at time of impact presumably. His lower half probably had nowhere to go and his upper body detached. |
