Bag i think this case is from a few years back. Brazil and not Haiti. I managed to find a version of it watermarked from an old brazilian source. Maybe you can find some info on it.

Darn. I did find a smattering of info. It happened in early September 2021 in Santa Helena, Bahia, and her name was Sidnéia. That's pretty much it. I tried Google Lens and Yandex and some keywords and I didn't find it.
