I think the idea is to use initials so when the common fool does an internet search DR doesn’t show up in search results with videos of people dying the horrible death.

Please do not include names of victims in any posts that are in the death sections, or in the medical sections. Using initials are fine, as well as mentioning the location or city, but please do not include first and last names. The only exception to this would be for threads that fit into the Celebrity Death Pictures & Famous Events forum.
