Well he had to a skull fracture so I'm thinking he could lost cerebral blood pressure as a combination of that and sudden violent movement.

When I see behaviour like that I think of possibilities: 1. They threaten to kill family unless they do what they are told or not move etc 2. They have are told that if they move or disobey that they will suffer worse. 3. They are told that if they do the early stuff they will be let go. eg hand cut off |
