This was not a rapist, this was a gang member being executed as part of the Bwa Kale movement. In the first video, they are asking him if he works for Izo, one of the big gang leaders in Haiti. They ask him where his gun is, where his transportation is at, and what he was working for (like why he needed the money his gang boss would give him), and the money was for a house. They ask him if he has accomplices or if he is going to take the heat alone..
