Love how the guy walks over, once they have buggered of, waving his hand.. "Be gone with yous"  . As for intervening, Fuck he was chopped pretty good and proper, so unless you ran over in the first 10 seconds or less, you would have just got spattered with his blood.. India, China, intervening is not high up in their priorities.
