But if the .12ga shot was measured in calibers,
it would measure roughly about .73cal, if memory serves me correctly.

Why are you putting a decimal in front of, "caliber"? Caliber is in, "inch" so adding the decimal incorrectly like you did turned a almost 3/4 inch size projectile into a 0.0073 inch size.

50 caliber is 1/2 inch. Lol
