Guy Walking His Bicycle Witnessing a Deadly Ride-by Shooting
Brazil, A young man was killed in the late afternoon of Wednesday (28). According to information the victim is a 19 year old man known as 'Rat'. He was shot dead by an element on a motorcycle. Family told that the victim did not have a police record. The killer and motivation of the crime are still unknown.
