You can see after the truck hits the gate he's completely unaware of it falling, but then tenses up at the last second when he realizes it. Shame he couldn't have gone out peacefully and completely unaware of what was about to happen.

those things are very heavy because they are the slide and roll type. no hinges on them. just rollers under. they just push it sideways via the rollers when opening and rolls it back to close. so its not attached to any wall or posts.

Mainly its because first aid and rescue stuffs are not big around here and not really always included in the educational process. some big schools do but not all of them big schools either. So mostly they will not know what to do plus the rumors from overseas and internet that says its not good to touch an injured person, well that makes people kinda blank on situations like that. and another thing. many people and our government often likes to point the finger at someone to blame and mostly it points to the first person in the accident or crime area. so not too many would want to report a crime or a scene that might turn out into a blaming matter. |
