Yeah, the song's going to be stuck in my head too  Hmm this guy. I'm in medical school and I think it makes sense that he's still alive. No major blunt trauma to the head, if he was wearing the helmet, that explains that. His heart is still intact, so the brain and heart being the major things...Now it looks more like the femoral artery would be spliced, so yeah. He'll be dead pretty soon. |

the only reason he's alive, is that the wheel is stopping the bleeding, as soon as they remove the truck/him, he will die in seconds of massiv bleeding.
