Really strange. Killer is the guy strolling by casually. I wonder if he just got mad or if this was a pre-meditated hit.
Thinking its a real safe bet...it was premeditated. I'm just...ya know...going on a hunch. 2 other men appear and shot the same man as well. Just that one guy. But then again....it could just have been a coordinated...SNAP decision.
