Guy Shoots and Kills 19 Year Old Guy
Brazil, Security camera footage shows the moment a man shoots a 19 years old man.

The murder occurred around 00:20h this Wednesday (06).

The young man was identified as P. S., 19 years old. At the moment he was surrendered by an individual, who in the sequence made three shots with a firearm, in the region of the head and one in the neck.

The victim was already dead when rescue teams arrived. The body was collected for the IML.
