Re: Guy Shoots His Lawyer in the Head
He could of just fired him no? I have fired several lawyers. Fire your public defender and they most often just drop the case. I did it three times. Two times they dropped the case and once they gave me a high priced private attorney who ended up chewing their crappy case to threads in court. It's actually more fun to trick the DA into going to court and THEN fire the attorney. Little hard for them to save face by dropping the case once the ball is in motion. Just make sure you really are innocent though. But even if you are guilty and can't afford a private attorney it's a good way to make them sweat bullets. Shooting your attorney in the head... hmmm. Not good I think.

You are an absolute goon! How can you say that this lawyer is above the law. His work ethics are to have a duty of a defence to represent any and every defendant. Lawyers are advocates; justice is the responsibility of the judge and jury. So strictly speaking, it shouldn't actually matter to the defence attorney whether his client actually is guilty or innocent. Either way, the defence attorney should do his best to gain acquittal. It's hard to see that in his job the outcome would be like this. I hope he wasn't a family man, if so his children may grow up with a huge amount of hatred towards the defendant! |
