Guy Shoot and Kills Other Guy During a Quarrel/struggle in the Street
Security video shows the moment a young man was shot with one bullet in the middle of a quarrel/struggle that took place last night in DR. E. H. S. (P.), 29 years old, holds a discussion with T. J. C. S. (V.), 25 years old. T.J. was shot with a bullet that caused his death.  The perpetrator was immediately arrested by the National Police and will be brought to justice in the next few hours. He shot the victim with a Glock, caliber 9 mm, which which was stolen, according to the National Police. The police report indicates that the act was motivated by alleged an old personal quarrel. |

Looks like he defended himself to me. Albeit with a stolen gun. Dude was twice his size. A pistol is a great equalizer |
