Guy Runs Up And Shoots Man in The Face
Not sure what was happening here, but this newscast shows a man running up to another in the street and shooting him in the face.

Apparently there's very strict human decency laws in that country, notice how the victim fires off a snot rocket before being shot repeatedly.....strange country
