she admitted shooting, just that he tried to shoot her first, and she got the gun away from him.

i think the truth still would have come out. a dad coming to pick up his kid also brings a gun to shoot the grandparents? it would have been easy to follow the "benefit trail" on this one.

Makes you wonder how many times this has (or something like this) happened in which the victim was actually accused as the aggressor. Without this vid, I'm pretty sure you still get to the truth it just might be a little more clouded. I'm not an expert but I believe this would be one of those times where the police would tape paper lunch bags on her hands to preserve the residue/evidence left from the weapon.
