Looks like he was bound up in a semi trucks dual wheels. It looks like tire tread marks on his belly. And his right leg is twisted around three or four times.  |

Yeah my guess is motorcycle accident. Going so fast body kept rolling on the asphalt, hence the arms and leg being twisted. The "burnt" areas could be road rash (extremem case obviously), The head should be obvious, but I can't think of anything on a road that would leave a gash like that. My guess for that would be handle bars of the motorcycle. If indeed it was a moto wreck.

im pretty sure this is a motorcycle accident at high speed with either a large vehicle or several vehicles running over him afterwards. Some of you may have seen the video with two motorcycle fatalities and one guy had done the splits and was missing most of his groin? this appears to be similar in that there is massive damage to his upper thighs and groin possibly scorch marks only around the upper legs where the gas tank may have been. His hands are mangled as often happens in high speed motorcycle accidents. His lower face is also fairly intact with little direct damage ie holes road rash tears etc as it may have been protected atleast superficially and initially by a helmet. his clothing also appears to be more recreational as opposed to work so not likely an industrial accident and suzuki does make motorcycles also ;]
