a similar clatter occured between 0-1 seconds. it was prolly a bystander with a crowbar tryna break into the nearby business. wouldnt be surprised if the cops are part of a burglary crew, chasing down a rival. their confederate breaking into the business got startled by the gunfire, mayhaps. |
