I find this kind of video the hardest to watch. The coming of death is very disturbing. My heart is in my throat.

I know this story, and I feel no pity for the man. It was not a crime of passion nor a machete. The guy was a drug dealer who terrorized folks and ran his own little drug gang. Finally someone caught up with him and shot him point blank in the face with a shot gun.
What you are hearing from him is a death rattle of sorts. The e.r. team isn't doing anything because there's no saving him. And the reason for the laughter is that they knew he was and, quite frankly, everyone was relieved he was on his way out.
