This guy and some other guy tried to storm a bus to rob the passengers but one was shot when he left their car and the other one fled the scene but was captured and hold on the sidewalk.

After some time two men on a motorcycle arrived and one of them took four shots at him.
One hit him fatally in the head.
This is an area which is ruled by a drug gang and police suspect the two that were killed were from a different gang so they were shot and killed.
