Scenes of a murder, that occurred in the morning of Dec 29 2010 in the streets of San Pedro Catalina (Br.) were recorded by a security camera in the building where the victim was.
Marcos Negrão, 38, left his wife in front of a gym when he was overtaken by two men on a motorcycle.He was shot several times and died at the scene.
The images of the crime shocked people as Marcos, known as "Marquis," was executed.
He had no time for a reaction towards the killer. The man who was on the back of the motorcycle did not even get off the vehicle to commit the crime.
The sequence of images recorded by the safety circuit of the academy "Kelly" shows the moment when Mark arrives on a bike along with his wife in front of the gym.
It was about 8:30 am when the woman steps off and pulls back a bit and waits for Mark who stayed on the bike.
As he prepares to descend from the vehicle, two men arrive on another motorcycle and approach the victim.
Apparently there was a conversation between the victim and the killer when the bike passenger pulls a gun and shoots several shots at Marcos.
You can see the victim being hit taking his hand to his chest.
Then he's losing balance and falls with the bike. The killer and bike rider then fled.
The noise of the shots attracted residents.
Police were called and policemen from 5th ZPol were at the scene.
The Sectional Marambaia was also notified of the murder.
The delegate John Carlos Perez and a team of researchers went to the scene to begin investigations.
An early step was to ensure that the images of the crime to be confiscated as material evidence for the investigation.
The victim had argued with neighbors that say he was connected to drug trafficking
At first the police had no information that would lead to the motive.
The wife of Marcos Negrão was very shaken and was taken to the police station for questioning. The victim's family were also at the scene, but nobody gave statements to the press.

The Center for Scientific Expertise "Renato Chaves" (CPCRC) was activated to do the site survey and the experts had difficulties in carrying out their activities because the cluster of onlookers around the victim's body.
After initial information gathered, the police learned from the victim's wife, that two weeks ago Marcos had an argument with a neighbor, who may have involvement in drug trafficking.
