Re: Guy Losing Balance at 25th Floor Crash Lands in Pool and Dies
Not even close to terminal velocity. Skydivers in a belly to Earth position require a fall of about 12 seconds / 1500 feet to reach terminal velocity of 120 mph. Depends on lots o' factors, such as if falling person is a 320 lb fried chicken and Krispy Kreme gobbling lady named LaQueffa, or a Cambodian on a diet. This guy looks normal build, so his terminal velocity on the place and time of the video is 120.14159 mph at sea level, 29.91 inches barometric pressure, 80F, 80% humidity, elevation 98 feet, no protruding boner.

He read about Isaac Newton on the internet and wanted to see if there was any merit to his theories.

How deep would the pool need to be for him to have survived?
