The weird thing is, you won't even know where to look, because gunshots don't hurt to begin with.
More often than not, superficial wounds hurt a HELL of A LOT more.

Sometimes, like I experienced in Zimbabwe, you can be shot and not know anything at all, and wonder if your baby is bleeding, stripping him down to check him..but you realise that it's you. You just don't feel a damn thing.

When all you want is your Grans/Dads/Aunts/Uncles/ Moms ... whomever you hold, or once held close to you, to hold you, and tell you that's everything will be okay.

Sipping that tea, or whatever on the stairs, listening to the rain. The things that made you feel at 'home,' or just in a space you liked....

Those are the memories you'll treasure. Not the latest sports car, or the new yacht, or any amount of Gold that just brings... empty 'things.' (That other peeps will want to take from you)
