He looked like he was already unconscious.....Why else would you just lay there? They must've drugged him up pretty good because even after he's shot he doesn't move at all.

He could be awake and that shit would have absolutely destroyed his spinal column. It may have even been at an angle to obliterate the brain stem as well. Rendering him completely quadrapalegic after the gunshot. Just a possibility is all
