I remember the ubiquitous CDs offering the service I bet homeless "Vietnam veterans (stolen valor)" on "F" street in downtown San Diego back in the mid 80s would have been using them to wipe their asses after taking a dump (if the internet had been a thing on those ancient times that is.) |
