Brazil, CCTV shows the moment that two young people were executed on the street, late yesterday afternoon. Two elements arrive on a bike. They stopped and appeared looking for someone before they proceed. Forty seconds later they appear again and found what they are looking for. A guy holding a kite standing in the street was shot and died at the scene. Another guy standing next tried to run away but was chased and also shot.

The victim holding the kite was L.S.D.S, 19 and passed away at the scene. The other victim, C.C.N, 20, was rescued, but didn't resist and died in the Hospital.

It was not possible to identify the bike license plate used in the crime, because it was partially covered. Civil Police continues to investigate the crime.

According to the witnesses, C.C.N was very liked in the region, cheerful and high spirits.

Hopefully that small child will not only heal psychologically & emotionally from such a traumatic event, but will also learn to keep away from a life of crime, drugs, violence, etc. The “street life” only leads to dying on one....and Hell!

Mister Kite was soooo innocent ... he did not know the kite was up until seconds before the shots to the face ...

The shooter was pretty accurate ... he got the fast running friend who had a head start down the street.

I saw at least three children in the area: the first two in the pair, who probably saw it all to the camera's right area; and the third little shirtless street kid ...

Seems so senseless, but we don't know what prompted the "elements" to attack. But they sure as heck were pros.
