Crash was caused by a jaywalking ped.

Truck swerved so hard to avoid hitting ped, it wheelied the front left tire.

Good eye! I missed that detail in the reconstruction. In California, the court would likely give 50% liability to the jay walker, and 50% to the stupid speeding truck that should have seen the ped earlier.

Of course, add a bonus 50% to Miss. Rainbow Hair for not keeping her man in bed another 10 mins for 2nd round ... he wouldn't have been out there, but for her failure to be extra sweet that day!
