Re: Guy with Gun Shot and Killed by Guy Firing a Shotgun
Laws are fucking stupid. If you roll up on someone with a gun drawn intentionally to harm them, you forfeit your right to live right there. Don’t turn your fucking back like a coward because you know the law will back you up because you was too slow on the draw. If dude wasn’t posted up to see the guy trying to sneak up on him by parking far, he would have died.i hope that man got off.completly justified.

Re: Guy with Gun Shot and Killed by Guy Firing a Shotgun
What a moron! 1st shot: Self defense, walks away or Murder in some Latin American counties (For example: in Argentina, Chile or Brazil he walks, In Mexico he had to wait for the assailant to shoot first [Yes! Unbelivabl;e but is true]) 2nd shot: First degree murder, 20 years plus depending on the country or life in the US for aggravated murder and several charges added |

Re: Guy with Gun Shot and Killed by Guy Firing a Shotgun
I don't know about the laws where this happened, but around here it would have been okay to keep on shooting the guy until he was no longer a threat. The fact that his gun went flying at the first shotgun blast makes it dicey. The shotgun guy would need to plead that, in the heat of the moment, he didn't notice that his assailant had lost possession of his gun.
