If he'd only shot him the once he may well have gotten away with a self defence claim. But the video shows him shooting him after his gun was dropped to the floor, and whilst he was laying on the floor. That's not self defence. Maybe he could say his adrenaline was pumping. I know it's hard to say how we ourselves would react if someone came at you with a gun. But this guy looked too calm.

I really could not agree more, would have been much better if he shot the guy in the face then could absolutely have claimed self-defence Chasing after him and shooting the perpetrator in the back was a big mistake that will probably cost him a decade or 2 in prison x I guarantee he's regretting it now x |
