Guy That Got a Tattoo Runs Outside Tattoo Studio and Gets Shot and Killed
Brazil, a 20 year old man was shot while he was getting a tattoo in a tattoo studio. According to MP two men arrived on a bike. One man came in and the other stood outside. The shooter entered the studio and asked to see the tattoo the young man was getting and then he drew his gun and fired. The victim managed to ran away and when he got outside he was shot with at least six bullets. The tattoo artist, who declined to identify himself, said the victim had been waiting for the tattoo since 2 pm and now he's dead.

I love how the tattoo artists muses that "he was waiting for a tattoo since 2pm and now he's dead". Like that's the big tragedy.
