OHH OK,, IT WASN'T LIGHTINING , HIS LONG ASS POLE TOUCHED THE HIGH VOLTAGE WIRES ON TOP OF THE BRIDGE!! OR THE WIRES WERE CROSSING ON TOP OF THE BRIDGE (THAT'S WHAT I UNDERSTOOD FROM THE CONVERSATION)

I would have never thought it would look like that. I've seen people after they've been hit by lightning. They don't look that meffed up.
