At 17.10 min on the video, he looks and acts completely different, like maybe paramedics administered Ketamine. They don’t mention it but that doesn’t mean anything.

How is "right wing source" the least bit relevant to mention when all of what is said in that quote is fact?

How about, left wingers are saying he dindu nuffin and was just politely asking cops for directions when they decided to beat him to death with batons and electrocute him.
