That guy was a PCC member... a Brazilian Gang... As PCC has 3 letters, the members uses 3 fingers to associate them... The attackers are CV (Comando Vermelho) members... So, they use 2 fingers (Showing a V).... As a result, they chopped three fingers, so he can't show anymore that he is a PCC member...

BTW... He wasn't drugged or anything... He probably knew what was coming....
