Certainly not a Thai clinic of hospital because I don't see any stray cats and dogs in the corridor. Looks more like a governmental office, municipality or something like that.

Apparently the 39-year old victim was the killer's boss. The killer wanted to take keep his bicycle in his office. Boss insisted he parked it outside. Boss threw bicycle from the balcony. Killer angry. Doesn't say if the murder took place in the office where the both worked or somewhere else.

Yeah...no...don't think so.

Under Thai law, it is mandatory for all individuals to obtain authorization prior to the possession, manufacturing, using, selling, purchase, ordering, and importation of firearms.

Possession of ammunition for use with a gun other than one which you have obtained a license for owning and/or using is prohibited.

You are not allowed to bring a gun with you into a city, neighborhood, or public areas without a license for carrying one on you.

Exceptions do exist for emergencies depending on the situation, and for government officials or law enforcement bodies of certain types.

That's why guns lead to death in situations that would otherwise not have ended with death. If that guy didn't have the gun, he wouldn't have killed him. Sure, he could pull out a knife and try to kill the guy, but that would be much less likely to succeed.

More guns ALWAYS = more gun deaths
Zero guns = Zero gun deaths.

Amazing how that works eh?
